The error rate dropped to 0% at 12:03 PM EST. This is the first time it's been zero since the original Cloudflare failure at approximately 06:25 AM EST this morning.
We believe this issue is fully resolved at this point. Cloudflare is also acknowledging the error rates are back to normal.
Once again, our sincere apologies. We understand how frustrating it is when the website isn't ready and responsive.
As always, we will try to learn from this failure and implement safeguards to mitigate issues in the future.

Monitoring
On the heels of the Cloudflare downtime, we are still experiencing an elevated error rate related to their service. A small percentage of requests (~7%) are still failing with a 500 from Cloudflare. This affects all of our sites.
If this happens to you, refresh the page. It's very likely the page will load on the 2nd attempt.
We will continue to monitor and improve the situation where we can.
